Allison Broschart, ALC, Emily Tester, LPC, Katie Dye, ALC, Katherine Kozar, LICSW, and Nikki Witte, LMSW, operate as self-pay clinicians but are able to provide clients with a “super-bill” that clients can use to file for potential reimbursement with their insurance provider.

Destiny Jackson, OTR/L, Laura Payne, OTR/L, Loran McCormick, OTR/L, Alyah Wray, OTR/L, Chelsey Kincaid, OTR/L, Madison Ray, OTR/L, Stephanie Hase, LICSW-S, RPT-S™, Margaret McDonald, LPC, McKayla Hodges, LPC, and Brittni Benjamin, LICSW, all accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and ALL KIDS insurance plans as well as self-pay clients.
